Terms and Conditions

Pricing: 

• All prices are listed in Australian dollars. 

Changing or cancelling orders of physical items:

• Changing or cancelling orders is possible up to the time of delivery. 
• After an item has been processed for delivery, changes cannot occur. 
• If the item has not been processed for delivery, a refund is possible. 

Changing or cancelling orders of eBooks and eResources: 

• Changing or cancelling of these orders is not possible after a transaction has been completed. 
• Refunds are not possible for these types of products. 

Delivery of items: 

• Ameenah Education only deliveries to Australian addressed. 

eBooks and eResources: 

• These resources can be purchased by anyone and everyone.

New and used books: 

• Ameenah Education wants to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to learn. 
• We sell both new and used books. 
• This is clearly stated within the description of each item. 
• Please read each item description carefully.

Returns policy: 

Your rights: 

• At Ameenah Education, we value the rights of our customers and your rights are protected under Australian Consumer Law. 

 Returns and refunds will be considered when: 

• The items you received are incorrect, damaged or faculty. 
• You have notified Ameenah Education within 2 business days from the time of delivery. 
• You have provided evidence of the issue. 
• You have returned the item. 

Before returning any items: 

• Contact Ameenah Education. No item is to be returned before you receive instruction from Ameenah Education. 
• Ameenah Education may cover the cost of any return item or may make alternative arrangements. 

Change of mind returns: 

• Ameenah Education does not accept change of mind returns. 

When returning items: 

• All items must be packed securely and safely. 
• All returned items must be packed in a similar way that were received by the customer. 
• At times, cardboard paper and bubble wrap are used to protect the items and prevent movement. 
• All packages must be firmly enclosed. 

Returns and refunds are not possible for the following product types:

• Subscriptions
• eBooks
• eResources
• Gift cards
• Other digital content

Product Condition Description:

• Brand New: Never used, no missing or damaged parts/pages.
• Nearly New: Looks new but has been used. There is very minimal wear and tear. 
• Very Good: Doesn’t look new but still in excellent condition. Minimal wear and tear. 
• Good: Has been used but still in good condition. May contain minimal damage such as creasing, pencil or pen underlining; nonetheless, the integrity of the product is      maintained. No missing elements.
• Okay: Has obvious wear; nonetheless, the integrity, use and legibility of the product is maintained. No missing elements. May contain annotations, writing, underlining and/or      highlighting around or on text, or other noted marked, scratches and minimal damage. 

Ameenah Education – Digital Resources:

1) Ameenah Education digital resources cannot be stored or distributed via any internal or external digital platform, including intranet, websites, digital classrooms, email and clouds. 

2) A copy of the digital resource can be stored on the personal device of the individual who purchased the digital resource. 

3) At times, restrictions may be placed on the ability to photocopy digital resources due to copyright legislation. Any restriction will be clearly stated. 

4) Unless stated, there are no restrictions in place to limit photocopying for personal or classroom use. Nonetheless, the document cannot be altered, and the Ameenah Education logo and website must be displayed. 

5) No resource is to be re-badged.
